INTEGRATION SOA

Establishing an effective corporate service-oriented architecture (SOA) from top to bottom and integration program is a challenging proposition. However, the benefits are equally far reaching: an infrastructure that enables more efficient processes, lower development and maintenance costs, the ability to react quickly to changing business requirements, and overall competitive advantage. Some think that SOA is only structured for the needs of IT, but CA&A believes that it is more far reaching than just moving information. We believe that to be successful you have to look at the whole organizational structure to find way to be more productive while being more service oriented.

We work with management to establish and teach the organization the benefits of becoming a SOA organization. In order to succeed, every company mush continue to focus on improving their operational bottom line. It makes no difference if your company is service orientated or a manufacturing operation, inefficacy and redundancy will wind up eat up your profit. We realize that every customer is at a different point in its SOA and integration journey. For that reason, CA&A typically begins with a structured assessment of the customer’s current integration program from HR to its IT infrastructure. Our goal is to provide:

  • A customer-tailored plan to maximize value in helping to achieve the customer’s goals and objectives.
  • An executive overview of the customers SOA and integration program and infrastructure from a business, organizational and technical perspective.
  • Detailed recommendations that the customer can use to make decisions on how best to execute and evolve its SOA and integration strategy by leveraging its own resources aided by CA&A professional consultants.
