Ronald J. Clear
Mr. Clear is the Managing Partner of Clear Alexander & Associates. Mr. Clear has a broad range of business experience in consulting, placing and obtaining private equity, managing troubled companies, and finance. Over twenty years of experience in reengineering company turnarounds, developing structuring deals, performing due-diligence, and managing relationships within the Private Equity fields for acquisitions and sale side transactions.  His early career also includes experience as the COO for Apple Computer's largest privately held dealership, and as the CFO for California's oldest corporation, Ducommun Metals. Mr. Clear has formerly worked for and with the investment bankers firms of, Montgomery Securities and Robertson Stephens.

Mr. Clear received a Bachelor of Science, (graduating cum laude), in Social Sciences from the University of California Irvine. He also received academic honors while earning an MPA from USC.  Mr. Clear was the youngest person ever admitted to the PhD program in the School of Business while at the University of Southern California.


S. Jordan Andre
Ms. Andre is an associate of Clear Alexander & Associates.  Ms. Andre has a diverse consulting business background in financial management, on-range planning, cash-debt management, SEC compliance, business development and shareholder relations, over twenty years of experience encompassing start-ups and the management of rapid growth as well as established firms in both the private and public sector.

Ms. Andre received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and MBA in Business Management from Phillips University (Oklahoma) and is a California licensed Real Estate Broker.
